A discovery call is a private 30-minute conversation with our team. We'll learn about where you are, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping to experience — and share exactly how the retreat works. There's no pressure. It's about finding out if this is the right fit, together.
No prior experience is required. Many participants come with open hearts and no ceremony background — and have the most profound experiences of their lives. Our facilitators are experienced at holding space for people at all levels. You'll be fully supported, prepared, and informed at every step.
Each day is a carefully curated journey. Mornings typically begin with breathwork, movement, or meditation. Days include healing modalities, workshops, ceremonial experiences, nature immersion, and communal plant-based meals. Evenings are intentional — often ceremony, integration circles, or quiet reflection. No two days are the same.
The investment covers all accommodations (both Andes and Amazon stays), all plant-based meals, all ceremonial and healing experiences, in-country transportation between locations, and full facilitation and support throughout the 10 days. International flights are not included. Full pricing details are shared on your discovery call.
We provide a pre-retreat preparation guide that outlines nutritional, lifestyle, and mindset recommendations in the weeks leading up to arrival. Guided by The Electric Eats philosophy, preparation is gentle and supportive — designed to help your body and nervous system arrive as open and receptive as possible.
We work exclusively in vetted, safe, and sacred locations. The retreat sites in both the Andes and the Amazon are private, secure, and have been chosen for their beauty, safety, and spiritual significance. Our team handles all logistics, and you will be accompanied at every point of your journey.
This is a small-group experience — deliberately. We strictly limit group size to ensure every participant receives personal attention, genuine integration support, and a truly intimate experience. Once the cohort is full, doors close. If you feel called, don't wait.
